Sturge weber syndrome

2 years old female with facial port wine stain.
The cerebral hyperdensity usually precedes typical tram track calcifications which due to cortical atrophy. Other sequel are enlaregd para-nasal sinuses and enlarged ipsilateral choroid plexus. Cerebral hemiatrophy and abnormal leptomeningeal enhancement are usually evident.
