Major space of lesser sac is located between stomach and pancreas with splenic recess on the left. Its minor space is around caudate lobe of the liver.

Location: High abdomen.

Thank you very much sir. I am trying to prevent degradation of the conventional radiology which is going to fade its value by modernizied modalities, i am sure you have noticed my intention of the cost-effectiveness of the exams. I believe whenever we could diagnose with a plain valueless radiography it is not fair to load heavy charges for the patient. Specially when we are living in a developing country.
