Large staghorn calculus in left renal pelvis .Disprportionate dialtation of Left PCS .lower pole shows loss of papillary impression.UPPer and mid pole show loss of forniceal angle .Standing column of contrast in delayed images.

Yes Sir this is plain film of same patient.Honestly speaking I didnot notic sacralisation .

Is this plain film of the urography case? sorry to look at it after urography. There is bilateral sacralization with arthrosis on the right side.
