Yes!...It is a nice case of cavity mouse, with this fungus ball lodged in the old cavity.

Very nice case of fungus ball in the old TB cavity on the left pulmonary apex to create crescent sign, Thank you for the case. This fungus ball is usually made of plasmodium mycetoma, but i am not aware of this case.
