Thanks Dr. karthikeyan ... I thought there are 2 separate L vs. R pulmonary circulation. I will remember that "hemitruncus"

IT is a case of hemitruncus abnormality , RPA is arising from aorta .

Left hemithorax appears smaller than right one and atrophy of the soft tissus and breast on the left. Are there other views in higher levels? Nice case anyway thank you.
