this a targt lesion with the echogenic center the compresed invaginated portion of bowel and the hypoechoic rim represinting the outer portion of bowel in its edematous state (consisted with intussusception)

US:-

- hypoechoic outer and hyperechoic inner circle in shape,could be intususception.
