Tumor in the third ventricle

-Sagittal , axial and coronal nonenhanced T1-wi demonstrates a round area of increased signal intensity in the anterosuperior portion of the third ventricle.
-FLAIR demostrates isointense signal
-Axial , sagittal and coronal contrast-enhanced T1-wi demonstrates a small amount of peripheral enhancement but no discernible central enhancement. Note the location of the colloid cyst near the foramina of Monro.
- There are a cyst in the right maxillary sinus and sinusitis of both.
