Importance of lateral chest X-ray.
Adult female with pre-op chest radiograph.
Note right lower lobe well-defined nodule. On lateral radiograph the nodule is seen outside the chest and projected over breast shadow.

Interesting remark. That is why we always take lateral with the frontal view specially while it concerns heart shadow.
