Dear Dr Waal ,thank you for comment,you are right there are some cosolidation and the patient had fever during the period he stayed in Ismailia Chest hospital (about 2 weeks), but the diagnosis, confirmed laboratory (ELISA),and by CT thorax in some hospitals in Cairo: as Hyadtid Disease

We should exclude abscess cavity because of presence of parenchymal consolidation around lesion.

Hydatid disease is common Yemen.
