Dear Dr Saeed, thank you for comment, you are right there is some consolidation, and there is highh fever during the period the patient stayed in Ismailia hospital ,but the diagnosis was confirmed laboratory(ELISA) and by CT Thorax in some hospital in Cairo: as Hydatid Disease.

Is this an infected hydatid? Usually we do get sharp borders in the hydatid unless it is infected. Moreover there is no water lilly sign in it!
