Yes Dr Niknejad!...it is bochdaleck type hernia very close to the vertebral column. Pleuro-peritoneal hernia, such as some authors believe, stands at the lateral aperture of diaphragm: between the poterior arcuate ligament muscles, and rib muscles. Thanks for your comment.

Is it a type of bochdalek hernia ?
