i see the pathologic report and i hope the pathologist didn,t make any mistake about it!
but it has some imaging difference also,such as :this tumor didn,t widen two branches of ICA & ECA ,as GJ growth between two branches and open them,am i right?(i reffer you to the axial image) thank you for your attention.

Nice case and good explanation. Really it looked like glomus tumor. Was the pathologist right?
