Femoral head herniated into scrotum via inguinal canal in setting of complex hip fracture. Severe left hip fracture - left femoral head (and neck) herniated into scrotum via inguinal canal. Patient is well and in fact, the mechanism via inguinal canal allowed for minimal injury.
