Gossypiboma
21 years old female with recent abdominal pains. She was operated for appendicitis since 1 year otherwise no significant past medical history. She is unmarried. Intra-op diagnosis of gossypiboma. Dermoid/mature teratoma is a major DD. Images are without IV or oral contrast.
