Gastro-intestinal lymphoma

Sonographic demonstration of the mesenteric lymph node, apart CT, is one of the best means to use for detecting GI lymphoma. Compared with barium study it is usually diagnostic. As we all know lymphangio-graphy is ineffective to show mesenteric lymph nodes.
