Functional MRI of Motor areas
26 years old female with brain tumor in close vicinity of motor areas. Functional MR Imaging reveals that motor cortices displaced posteriomedially by mass lesion. This data will be very useful in surgical planning decreasing post operative morbidities

The dataset analysed by FSL software and the scanner was 1.5T Ziemens Avanto located in Babak Imaging Center in Tehran
