Dear Dr bilal some other similar cases were uploaded please look at them too i am sure you will enjoy. Heart shadow in plain abdomen radiography and lateral chest looks like filled up by food but the barium in this huge diverticulum, overlying heart shadow in achalasia solves the problem : Chest en face.

Deformity of the rib and its discotinuity with the odd shadow may implicate diagnosis. Porcelain GB is a good diagnosis but if the chest x-ray with other ribs was not shown. It was tricky wasn't it? It was put up for entertainment only. Anyhow thanx everybody.

Forgot to look! Nice case---good eye test :) Fibrous dysplasia mimicking GB--that is great!!
