Friman D'ahl sign or Abdominal pseudotumor

While in perfusion compromise of the bowel, the amount of liquid increases more than gas, and this accumulation of fluid in the bowel may produce a pseudotumor which is relieved by barium enema or CT. This abdominal pseudotumor production is called Friman D'ahl sign, ( A radiologist from Denmark as far as i know!) and very significant in bowel perfusion compromise.
