In tuberculosis the ileo-cecal valve is involved and sometimes absent!!! which is known as GAPING VALVE!... but in Crohn the main lesion is in the terminal ileum, although it could be anywhere in the GI tract. Moreover TB is commonly seen where the Crohn is rare and vice versa.

how to differentiate frm crohn's???????
