Differential diagnosis of multiple tracheal polypoid lesions:
-relapsing polychondritis
-metastatic disease

Single lesions:
- mucoepidermoid
- adenoid cystic carcinoma
- squamous cell carcinoma
- carcinoid
- hamartoma
