Pelvic radiography : coxa valga , goblet shaped flared iliac wings

Spinal radiography : wide ribs

Hand radiography : wide metacarpals with proximal pointing

Thanks for the comment Dr Balachandran,...I was thinking that pruning of the proximal end of the metacarpal is very pathognomonic for Morquio D....so we used to take DV of both hands.

The lateral spine finding--middle beaking is said to be pathognomic of Morquio.
