Endomyocardial fibrosis. Four-chamber phase-sensitive DE-MRI reveals diffuse, subendocardial enhancement in the entire anterolateral wall, apical region and distal inferoseptum. Small thrombus (curved arrow) is seen in the apex as a dark lesion.
