Thank you. The etiology of this kind of fistula is usually tumor infiltration from the colon and the fascinating matter is the direct passage of barium from duodenum to transverse colon without entering peritoneal space because of the bare areas of the duodeno-colic relation, the site of the fistula, been wrapped by duodenocolic ligament, and so it does not allow the extravasation of the barium.
