Synovial osteochondromatosis is a well-known entity consisting of multiple, usually small intrasynovial nodules that may or may not progress to loose bodies.This case is rare type of single intra-articular extraskeletal knee osteochondroma. The presence of a single giant intra-articular osteochondroma is rare and has been described in a few cases in the English literature.

Thank you for your reply, but any synovial osteochondroma because of its motility in the synovium may be called loose body or articular mice! Is it so? or i am mistakenly understood?
