it was mets from osteosarcoma

1. Ossified/calcified mets from oste/chondrosarcoma.
2. Carney's triad: chondromas, gastric epitheliod leiomyosarcoma and functioning paragangliomas [extra-adrenal].
3. Hydatosis.
4. Hamartomas.
5. Renal failure/dialysis with pulmonary metastatic calcifications.
