30 year old with dyspnea
- Pulmonary langerhans histocytosis (lch)
- Eosinophilic granuloma of the lung
- Pulmonary histocytosis x
- Young or middle age
- H/o cigarette smoking
- Spares lung bases Increased lung volumes
- Increased lung volumes
DDX:
Cystic LCH can resemble LAM, but no pleural effusions
Differential Diagnosis:
- Sarcoid
- Infection-fungal
