hypodense collection with air-fluid level measuring approx 10x10x8 cm with enhancing wall seen in RT sub diaphragmatic region S/O RT sub diaphragmatic abscess. The wall of the abscess abut the RT lobe of the liver and shows mass effect over the liver surface
RT pleural effusion is noted .
Collapse /consolidation of lower lobe of RT lung noted
