Thank you very much Dear Dr Niknejad but i want to add the same sign in the conventional chest x-ray, when there is double SVC, i mean the left SVC also, where the configuration of the heart shadow is like COTTAGE LOAF, with another name for it, such as SNOWMAN HEART.
