Extension of the mucosal folds into the diverticulum is something to differentiate ulcer crater from diverticulum. Narrow neck is usual for congenital diverticula which are standing under the cardia. Thanks for the comment Dr Wael.

Rare to seen clear images like that.
Is this is thick wall of diverticulum or mural edema?
