Radiological Sign: Chilaiditi Sign

Radiological Sign: Chilaiditi Sign: "Chilaiditi syndrome" is essentially the anterior interposition of the large bowel relative to the liver abutting the right hemidiaphragm. Its one of the causes of pseudopneumoperitoneum (not true free air but looks like it on CXR or KUB).
