Findings:

- Cystic changes with air trapping
- Fibrosis primarily upper lobe distribution
- Bronchietasis
- Pneumomediastinum

Other infections:

- P . aeruginosa
- Aspergillus
- Mycobacteria
- Viral (adenovirus and influenza)
