Hi Karthikeyan and Michele--I also think crazy paving pattern with thickening of the interlobular septum. This would be a great appearance for PAP. Any other history?

hi michele,
looks like crazy pavement of alveolar protenosis,

Is that a case of broncho-alveolar microlithiasis?
