yes you are right nephroblastomatosis is also one of the causes of bilateral renomegally...but if it is nephroblastomatosis it must be really rare andnice case...thanks.

You r right.
But what about nephroblastomatosis; do you agree with me about this diagnosis.
Absence of lymphadenopathy and hepatosplenomegaly is against lymphoma and age is so young for lymphoma.

bilateral involvement and enlargement is more common in leukemia and lymphoma i think... for this age group leukemia must be considered first.pleas tell me about pathology,dear wael.
