Calcified regional hemangioma 1
Hemangioma sometimes is located in a specified region, like here: in right kidney, liver and spine. It is in fact AVM of some region in the body.

Thanks Dr wael. It was a regional hemangioma in kidney, liver and spine with phleboliths. As you know there is no phleboliths in the bony hemangioma unless in Maffuci syndrome which is not solely a plain hemangioma.
