Atheroma of the splenic artery standing behind stomach in spot-filming (arrow) which shows penetrated ulcer in the lesser omentum or gastro-hepatic ligament. This ulcer type is known as HAUDECK ULCER, which may show layering of food, barium and air in it, unlike round shape of the crater.
