abdominal US:

- hyperechoic areas are seen in right cortical kidney at upper moiety.

- scanned part of liver is free.

-picture of:-

1/ angiomyolipoma but need to search about Tuberoussclerosis in brain(plaques).

2/ could be poly cystic kidney disease with hemorrhagic foci.

3/ may be angiomas or hemangioblastomas.
