90% of CDH.
Left postero-lateral diaphragmatic defect.
Mostly left; may be bilateral.
Severe respiratory distress.
Ipsilateral lung hpoplasia.
High mortality rate.
Scaphoid abdomen.
Presented in neonates versus Morgagni hernia which presents in middle-aged obese females.
