Thanks for comment dear prof rad ; I think this is a case of congestive cardiac failure with perihilar airspace densities in ‘bat’s wings’ distribution representing pulmonary oedema although cardiomegaly isnt so dominant. do you agree my prof ?

Was it a non-cardiogenic edema? Because Bat's-Wing or Butterfly shadow is caused by pulmonary edema which is usually cardiogenic,
