60 year old female presented with dyspesia and on visiting gastroenterologist she underwent UGI endoscopy. However, GE while performing endoscopy, could not negociate scope beyond certain level. Pt was send to our clinic and underwent Ba Study.

Thanks for description. Usually the antrum of the stomach, while herniated, is associated with volvulus, partial or complete. As far as i know there are mesenteroaxial and organoaxial gastric volvulus. The term atlantoaxial you used is strange for me!..atlantoaxial refers for two cervical vertebra....please give some more explanation.
well, this is a case of hiatus hernia but this patient has undergone into gastric volvulus, rather partial than complete... and if you see carefully you will see rotation along both degrees to some extent... i mean mesenteroaxial and atlantoaxial...
