That is right, as you said, it is not common finding in our area too, but i had the opportunity or chance to pick up one!

VERY INTERESTING IMAGE.HOWEVER, THIS IS NO A VERY COMON FINDING IN MY ENVIRONMENT.

This was to show the priority of the plain radiography of the abdomen to CT in having an overall view of the abdomen.
