Cervical spine MRI T1 WI showed:-

-Isointense T1 of the leptomeneges at anterior of the thecal sac.(against the C2-C3-C4),,with slightly abutting on the thecal sac.

-Preserved cervical spines.

-No cortical defect is seen.
