Severe hypertrophic cardiomyopathy - Cardiac MRI

Severe hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Basal short-axis DE-MRI images demonstrate that there is extensive, patchy mid myocardial scarring involving almost the entire hypertrophied septum.
