Anomalies of ribs
Bifid ribs on right side,right paratracheal and parhilar bulge .

If we consider correspondant ribs on the left side, the problem will be solved. Anyhow nice case. Rib anomalies are very common and it is good to see one of them sometimes.

i think you can say rib fusion anomaly rather than bifid rib!!!
