Yes sure patient is 72 years old ,old kochs (drug defaulter ) did not complete course of medicines compensated destroyed left lung now came with breathlessness ,CXR shows mediastinal shift to left and cystic bronchiectasis   please add any findings that I have missed out.Patient is non affording so could not do CT
