Ankle fracture Lauge-Hansen Pronation Exorotation Stage 4 (or Danis Weber C).

Observed (bone) and deductible (ligaments) lesions:
1) Avulsion of the medial malleolus (small spike) (probably the medial collateral ligament is intact)
2) Rupture os the anterior syndesmotic ligament
3) Interosseus membrane will rupture
4) Fibular distal twisted fracture
5) Posterior syndesmotic ligament rupture
