Two well defined ring like lesions ,typically at tibial tuberosity and medial femoral condyle ( attachments of lig patellae and gastrocnemius) I think its osteochondritis ( Osgood Schlatter's in the former lesion).This lesion appears to involve the articular margin as well. Where does TB fit in ,if at al?
