Metastasis from papillary Ca

Young male came with swelling at upper lateral neck. On CT a well defined cystic lesion is seen in upper lateral neck deep to the muscles and lateral to major vessels. On contrast enhancing nodule is seen with cystic lesion.HPE metastasis papillary Ca. Awaited Biopsy report from lower pole right lobe thryoid
