Intrathoracic splenosis

CT chest of a young male patient with history of gun shot wound in the past and abnormal chest radiograph demonstrates: - Pleural based hyperdense/enhancing mass along the left lower-posterior chest wall. - Post splenectomy status with multiple splenunculi along the left dome of the diaphragm. - Bullet fragment lodged in the right lower lung.
