60 yrs old, Rt breast Ca, MRM done 10 yrs ago.Distension of abdo for 2 months.She had it all-mixed density ovarian mass, bilat effusion, gross ascitis,perit/mesenteric mets, ing nodes and ? a subcut mets in the left groin?Please enlighten.
