This bwas an interesting case , specially for the teaching files! 38 /F presenting with post partum seizures, slurred speech and left hemiparesis. Left occipito parietal cerebral angiomatosis --leading to acute bleed and ischemia.. resulting in left uncal transtentorial herniation. Kernohan -Woltman Notch phenomenon well demonstrated here--compression of contralateral cerebral peduncle against the tentorium cerebelli causing a false localising ipsilateral hemiparesis.
